Villa Vanilla Terms & Conditions
Bookings
All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 25 % of the total cost of the holiday. This is a non-transferable deposit. To confirm your booking we must receive a signed booking form. The balance must be paid at least 8 weeks before the arrival date, if not we reserve the right treat your holiday as cancelled. If you cancel after paying the total cost of the holiday i.e. less than 8 weeks before departure there will be no refund. The person making the booking does so on behalf of him/herself and all the other people named in the booking. All guests must be aware of the terms and conditions.
Insurance
Holiday insurance is essential when booking your holiday. Please note that no responsibility will be taken whatsoever for guests’ possessions, or for injury illness or death, however caused whilst you and your party are staying at the Villa unless it can be proved that it is due to negligence. Our liability for any claim (excluding personal injury or death) with respect to your stay at our Villa will be limited to £50. Please note that the swimming pool is unfenced and it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of any children or guests using the pool.
Property Access and vacation
In order that the Villa may be serviced access may only be gained after 3pm on the day arrival and you must vacate the property by 10 am on the day of departure.
Breakages and cleaning
A security deposit of £250 is required to be collected prior to your day of arrival. This is a guarantee against damage or breakages, returnable only after the property has been checked after your day of departure. The cheque for the deposit will be sent to you on your return. All damage to the property and its contents will be charged accordingly. Damage to larger items should be reported to our property manager as soon as possible and must be paid for. It is expected that you will replace smaller items as a matter of courtesy. All guests should treat the property with respect and leave it reasonably clean and tidy. Guests are expected to maintain the standard of cleanliness throughout their stay. In the interest of discouraging pests rubbish must be disposed correctly and in the prescribed manner at all times. Please note that for the comfort of all our guests we have a no smoking policy in the villa at all times.
What is included in the price:
The price for the villa accommodation is based on a weekly rent for a maximum of 10 guests and includes water, electricity, oil, linen and personal bath towels. Clean linen and towels are changed at the end of each week. The garden and pool are maintained by our property manager. Our English speaking manager will be available during your stay if there are any queries that you may have. Additional maid service may be arranged by prior request, subject to availability and paid for locally.
Please note that swimming pool/beach towels are NOT provided. |
